Strong Water’s Cafe, Cocktails and Kitchen:  Located just a short walk from Dayton House Resort and offering some of the best craft cocktails in town.  Check out the handcrafted menu offering some of the freshest and high quality ingredients around.  Brunch is served Sundays from 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM, http://www.strongwatersbar.com/our-menu/.  Some specialties include our famous Shrimp & Grits, or how about a Lobster Egg Roll and don’t forget about bottomless mimosas or your favorite Bloody Mary.  Join us on Friday and Saturday nights for live entertainment and relax, they are only steps away from your Dayton House Oceanfront accommodation.

Blueberry’s Grill:  Now offering 2 locations – 1 in the heart of Myrtle Beach and the other located in Barefoot Landing.  Locals flock to the breakfast place offering a bloody Mary bar, weekend specials and décor that truly coastal and awe-inspiring.  Get there early, there is always a wait, but for good reasons.

Gulf Stream Café: Located in Garden City along the marsh, showcasing breathtaking views of the inlet and adjacent-marina are just one reason to head down to this Garden City restaurant on Sundays. Another good reason is their brunch buffet ($12.95 for adults, $5.95 for kids), complete with all of the standards – eggs, grits, biscuits and gravy, French toast – as well as some of the best hush puppies in town.

Johnny D’s Waffles and Bakery:  Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and a favorite among locals and visitors for breakfast with an extensive menu perfectly suited to a hearty brunch. Options include a variety of omelets, benedicts, and skillets. Johnny D’s offers plenty of the standard breakfast favorites along with some unique selections that include the Seafood Omelette loaded with crab, shrimp and swiss cheese with she crab soup mixed in; Red Velvet Waffle drizzled with cream cheese icing; and Pork Belly Benedict with crispy fried pork belly over an English muffin with poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.

Croissants Bistro & Bakery:  There are 2 locations to serve you better and easily one of the most popular brunch spots in town, this quaint bistro with outdoor seating serves an extensive menu of Southern-inspired dishes with a European flair from 10am – 2pm on Sundays. Check out favorites like their Crab Cake Benedict, Thompson Farm Frittata, Croquet Madame, Banana Nutella Crepes, or the Bananas Foster French Toast. (Most dishes are in the $8 – $12 range). And if you like a Bloody Mary with your mid-morning meal, stop by the build-your-own bar and load up on any number of condiments. One of the best parts about brunch here is that, as a bakery, all of the bread is baked in-house – something to keep in mind while ordering. And on the way out, stop by the cake and pastry case and pick up a little something for later. You’ll be glad you did!

Lulu’s Café:  Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and offers amazing views, food and drinks anyone will love.  The outdoor patio with live acoustic music makes your brunch even better.  Try their famous bloody Mary’s, Mimosas and or course a Manmosa (beer and champagne).  Famous for Chicken and Waffles, eggs benedict and so much more, come and explore your taste buds filled with true home cooking.

Sea Captain’s House:  A staple in Myrtle Beach and located along the oceanfront offering amazing views, great food and known among locals and visitors as one of Myrtle Beach’s best seafood restaurants, this beachfront eatery serves up a brunch menu full of eggs, omelets, pancakes, and waffles. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a table with a clear view of the waves where you can enjoy popular items like the Brie and Bacon Omelet, Pecan Waffles, or homemade Biscuits and Gravy.

House of Blues:  Located at Barefoot Landing, and known for their soulful music, why not check out their Gospel Brunch.  For a unique meal that you won’t soon forget, reserve your table now for House of Blues’ Sunday feast, complete with an all-you-can-eat buffet (featuring house-favorite chicken and waffles), carving stations, nap-inducing desserts, and, of course, some of the area’s most talented musicians belting out traditional and contemporary Gospel tracks. Seating takes place from 9am – 2pm, and make sure to wear your Sunday best – you might be called onstage to participate in a little song and dance. Adults are $33, ages 4 – 10 $16.50, and kids under 3 are free.
