No room tax for stays over 90 days. Advance Deposit $100.00. A cancellation notice of at least 30 days prior to arrival is required for a refund less a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations made within less than 30 days are non-refundable. Balance is due and payable at check-in. A charge of at least $100 will be charged for any excessive odors within the units. Rooms are treated by an exterminator monthly. Stays less than 90 days are subject to SC tax. Rates subject to change without notice.
Off season rates for senior citizens. All rates are for 2 persons and are in lieu of all other discounts.
Monthly rates begin on the first of the month and require a full month's rental to qualify. Prorating may be available for
early arrivals and late departures at the higher months rate.
